I agree on mods though, mods should be cheap, so people can at least make the weapon they want/need without wasting alot of gold.
maybe a [Weapon Modifier] (like the same as with Custimizing, you show the Karl[Weapon Modifier] your weapon, and can choose 1 of 3 mods (depending on in which town you are, Ascalon does not give 20/20 AP yet, but maybe 10/10). In Droks, you can add a Health +30 mod to one of your weapons for like 2K.

Yeah making everything accessible takes a lot of out of the game for me. I'd have nothing to work for after I beat the game.
As for mods, you don't need them, they really don't make you that much better, and they aren't that expensive now. But it's a good way for everyone that gets them, to make money and that's why they shouldn't change they are part of the economy. I don't want to see that changed, it shouldn't be easier, it shouldn't be harder. 20/20 +30 weapons will help a little bit, but you can manage to kill with an unmodded weapon if need be. But you should have 10k to get mods you need shouldn't you? Just remember to put priorities for weapons before other things you might buy.

ALlows antisocial behaviour? its a game we should be able to play anyway we want...
And I'd like it alot if i didn't have to team up every.... single... time... i do any thing.
P.S. "teaming up" includes various computer controlled players(henchies, heros) its my continueing rant against the lack of excitment and variable gameplay in GW PvE.

*sigh*
The word you seem to have skipped is culture. I'm talking community here - people. Not game play, I don't care on iota how you play the game.
But if I have to spell it out.
Spamming the local chat with WTS/WTB rather than using the trade chat, that's an example of antisocial behaviour the current guildwars culture allows. It is ignored, people turn local chat off to avoid it, etc. and so forth.
Rather than say a culture where such spam would be met with a reaction from other players to take it to trade chat and a communal resolve not to do 'business' with spammers.
A different culture where there is no gain from spamming the local chat, where such antisocial behaviours will have concequences from the community, from the other people in the game.

An option to move CD Keys from one account you own to another would be nice, esp for CEs you can't buy anywhere anymore, or to sell CE keys in the Online Store (just the CD keys) so that those who missed the Prophecies and Factions CEs can still get the in-game bonuses.
Oh, and more storage, improved hench AI (they dont AoE scatter like enemies do), profession changer for the guild halls....

That there would be an economy where perfect gold items would still be rare and worth something. Trading was fun.
Greens/Collector items are perfectly balancing the game anyways.

I would finalize the agonizingly slow PvE/PvP divorce, leaving the PvP-only version as-is and making a PvE-only version that was stand-alone single-player, sans PvP-dependencies that had no business being there in the first place, and capable of co-op play via some form of CTCP.

If I had the power to change something I'd turn Shiro into the sissy the Lich is atm, and turn the Lich into the all powerfull-PUG-eating-kill-everything-in-sight-ask-for-a-nerf endgame boss that he deserves to be. The Lich has, is and will always be cooler than Shiro. Nothing beats a power hungry megalomaniac! Most certainly not some revenge driven bodyguard.
I love you Lich!!

Add an option for cape length and texture. Goofy little capekerchiefs might be doing it for some of you but I'm sick of the White Mantle lording their mantles over me.

One thing...
3D movement. Jumping over the small hill that is forcing us to detour a mile and a half out of our way. (Frozen Forest, this means YOU: one small hill stands in the way of a direct route, forcing a long and winding detour.)
